Veggies for breakfast? – Absolutely! This starts the day right with fiber, and chlorophyll to clean the blood. The grains add some density and of course the oranges and juice add sweetness.

Veggies for breakfast? – Absolutely! This starts the day right with fiber, and chlorophyll to clean the blood. The grains add some density and of course the oranges and juice add sweetness.

Ingredients:

2 cups finely Diced Kale

½ cup shredded raw carrots

½ cup shredded raw beets

¼ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup leftover grain, warmed up, like brown rice or quinoa

1 orange sectioned and cut into bites or handful of grapes sliced in half, or 1 chopped apple 

Juice of 1 orange

OPTIONAL:

½ cubed avocado

Handful of dried cranberries

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve in a bowl
