Raspberry Vinaigrette

This dressing is delicious over a fruity breakfast salad, such as a bed of mesclun greens topped with strawberries and pecans.

  • 1 10oz package of frozen raspberries (thawed)
  • 14 dates
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup water

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
