An American Classic

  • 1 box silken tofu
  • 5 T Ketchup
  • 4 T Pickle relish
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Dash of seasoning like Dash or ½ tsp salt
  • Extra water if needed to thin

Whiz all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy
