Founded by Micaela Karlsen, PhD, MSPH, and Kathy Pollard, MS, our goal is to empower YOU to lead the healthiest, fullest, happiest life possible, by supporting you through a challenging dietary transition and beyond. We empower individuals to lead the healthiest, fullest, happiest life possible, through this 3-month program that provides education and accountability, social connection, and easy-to-follow methods to make switching to a plant-based diet possible, fun, and most importantly, permanent. When you eat well, you are also eating well for us and the planet.
