When you eat well, you are also eating well for us and the planet.
We know that eating well not only allows your body to find its healthiest set-point and weight, but it also preserves resources including land and water and produces less greenhouse gas emissions than most Western diets that include animal foods. Saving our health through food also saves the planet, one meal at a time.
