Fresh Fruit Tart

I always try to use fresh berries from the garden for this beautiful and quick snack.

  • 1 large sprouted grain tortilla (I use Ezekiel)
  • 3 dollops toasted or raw sesame tahini
  • 1 cup or more of fresh fruit in season (I use fall raspberries or fall raspberries and fresh white peaches from the farmer's market)

You can toast the tortilla or eat it raw (thawed out if they're frozen).
Spread tahini to taste. Cover generously with fresh fruit (in season, if possible).

Slice if preferred, or fold like a taco or eat as is--depends on how neat you are!
