I love this creation! Who would have guessed that the humble carrot can be all dressed up to be a fancy dog!

A side of baked beans, and any frozen or steamed veggies makes a meal. (Salads are always welcome too.)

Ingredients:

Thick carrot, both ends trimmed off
whole grain or sprouted hot dog buns

Instructions:

Steam the carrots until soft.

Place each one in a hot dog bun

Top with your favorite hot dog condiments, like ketchup, mustard, relish and tomatoes
